Just ask the hundreds of kids who have taken our classes since 1995: the Art Center makes learning fun! Our after-school and Saturday program is structured as a series of age-appropriate projects that are both challenging and enjoyable. Each year your child will master increasingly difficult skills in drawing, painting and sculpture. Older children will be able to create their own projects and work on personal areas of interest. The one-hour classes are limited to a maximum of 15 students with a 5:1 ratio of students to teachers, so your child always receives a lot of attention. A generous snack is always provided! Although most After-School Art classes are made up of children in the same grade, your child is welcome to attend another grade’s class if your schedule necessitates. In all mixed-age classes, children will only do projects that are appropriate for their age and grade.
